We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Candy is sensitive to heat and weather conditions. ILoveCandy.com is not responsible for melting, texture changes, or cosmetic issues caused by heat exposure during transit.

We recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer months and shipping to a secure, shaded delivery location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ILoveCandy.com is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ILoveCandy.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
