SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is coming soon!


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most packages arrive in 3–5 business days.


Q: What if my candy melts or gets damaged in shipping?
A: No worries — we’ve got you! Just reach out to support@ilovecandy.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

A: Nope! Our surprise goodies (like money tubes or jewelry items) are a fun novelty. All purchases include the base product, and bonus surprises (like $2 bills or higher-value prizes) are randomly inserted, but not guaranteed unless stated.
