30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of candy products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
